European championsip in kick box Athens 2024
At the European Championship in Athens, Njegoš Jerinić faced significant challenges in the preliminaries, where he was defeated by a representative of Bulgaria. While the scoring raised some controversy, we must acknowledge that the Bulgarian fighter was better in this match. Regardless of the outcome, the experience is invaluable and serves as motivation for further improvement and hard work.
We extend immense gratitude to the national coach Siniša Vladimirović, trainer Srđan Nadrljanski, and the entire coaching staff of the Serbian kickboxing team, who worked tirelessly to prepare the team. Special thanks to all members of the Serbian national team for their support and cheering, which contributed to creating an incredible team spirit. Fighting under the Serbian flag is a great honor and responsibility, and we will use this as additional motivation for future competitions.
This was Njegoš’s fifth match in kickboxing, and we plan to thoroughly analyze all aspects to better prepare for future challenges. We also thank everyone who made participation in the European Championship possible, including Damir Kerić, Slobodan Ninković, Saša Vajić, Saša Todorović, and Minister Selma Dizdarević Čabrić. Their support is crucial for the further development of the sport and the athletes’ motivation.
